Winger Antonio Valencia has signed a new contract with Manchester United. Players from Ecuador had agreed to extend his tenure with United until the next four years.
Valencia has joined the MU since 2009. Together with the Red Devils, 25-year-old player has featured as many as 69 games and scored 10 goals. Last season, Valencia won its first Premier League title with United.
"Antonuo contribute outstanding since he arrived here," said United manager Sir Alex Ferguson as reported by CNN on Monday, August 1, 2011.
"The speed, cross, and the ability to divide the ball is a huge asset for us," continued Ferguson.
