"In terms of playing technique, game organization, the ability to lure and the ability of individual players, two of us (Barca, AC Milan) parallel. We both have to change something which become routine in football,"
Baresi was captain of Il Grande Milan dominating European football. Just like Barcelona, AC Milan was Arrigo Sacchi who trained gridiron star studded like Marco Van Basten, Ruud Gullit, Frank Rijkaard, Roberto Donadoni, and Paolo Maldini.
Throughout the 1980s until the early 90's, Milan has won many titles such as two Champions Cups, two Intercontinetal trophies, two European Super Cups, one Super Italian Cup and the Scudetto 1988-1990.
